alcoholism, drug abuse and criminality exist today.

What should we do with the abusers of drugs, alcohol and criminals today since they did not get protected by abortion from the reality of such a life of those 3 things?

I would not subscribe that every person who abuses or partakes in the 3 things mentioned only did so because they were unwanted babies, then children, that the world is abusing and shedding through those 3 things due to overpopulation.
