he's interested in turning it into his one-track arguments about "infringement" and how all they did was create the product and they aren't responsible for the fact that someone may have used their product and harmed others.
My understanding is that the argument presented was that it was "wind-drift" from the application and that they didn't properly warn the farmers about seasonal applications. Similar arguments have been made in other cases concerning dicamba, in several jurisdictions. Ark and MO both outlawed it in 2017
