More three- and four-year players at more schools. P5 teams are more experienced overall, making more midlevel recruits available for mid-majors instead of P5 teams grabbing those guys to replace early entries, and we all get to see better basketball.
It’s really the only realistic way we ever get back to the college basketball glory years of the '80s and '90s. We’ll never see guys like Jordan or Ewing stay as long as they did, but those early '80s and late '80s/early '90s Mizzou teams could actually be replicated.
As it is, most of the talent on those teams probably leaves after two years.
