He should of been shot....a Police officer should not have hands laid upon him for doing his job. He failed to obey a lawful order to submit to Police to access the situation of why he was being aggressive and if he was intoxicated and a danger to the public.

If you fail to submit for analysis to protect the innocent then public safety should take priority and his life is then deemed meaningless to society and clearly should be extinguished for the public's good.
