something you are not." I disagree with this. It's the same chemical interacting in the brain. The hard part is determining how much of which chemical(s) and when they are present/absent and in which order they present/leave, etc etc. That's the key to treatment, and unfortunately, for those with Gender Dysphoria, those interactions are well understood.
