be low information on that issue. But now, you have stated many times we know what Bolton has said when even the NYT admits they have not seen a manuscript. They are taking the word of a source and we have seen that blow up many times.

You may guess and be right - but that does not make you a high information person. In this case, you have demonstrated anything but. Guessing and being right doesn't really prove anything.
