investigation would have been initiated/conducted by the DOJ.

Instead this "investigation" was conducted by trump's personal attorney and Lev Parnas (who POTUS "did not know)....one party that's been indicted and the other party IS subject to a criminal investigation.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
