Or they should double down and really become ingrained in St.Louis and start actually landing a decent margin of those recruits.

The issue with Odom was that he actually took the De-emphasize approach after he brought in those 10 players and it was pretty obvious he was going to have to work extra hard to land them. He then focused on other regions.

His approach clearly mirrored Larry Smith as opposed to following GP model. GP made KC/STL a priority and worked hard to establish relationships and we landed a Ton of our Difference makers that made us successful.

Smith and Odom looked else where and thought they could get 2nd tier players from out of the region and that would be a fine approach. Clearly that is a epic fail of a system.

Odom didn't fail in STL because of the protest either. The Program clearly backed the Players, Odom had the support of the Players. Odom failed in STL because he didn't do the work.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
