What’s his progression? What is the recruiting ratings? Development of players? He should get a minimum of 4 years. I personally believe Drink has more of a turnaround than Odom. Takes time to build recruiting relationships and instill the culture. So really probably 5 or 6 years.

But we’ll probably know after 2-3 years if it was a mistake.
