yes, Riley did not offer joe Burrow out of high school, he didn't fit Riley's system...which was not a good system...ha.

Burrows transferred last May, NU had 3 young QB's on roster, and another committed for this year. Really had no room for a transfer QB as a senior.

Burrow his a jack pot at LSU, good for him...a lot more talent around him then he would have seen at NU this year..for sure..
