Apparently Joe Burrow wanted to attend Nebraska ... and tried multiple times. Once when he was coming out of HS where he was told to look at other places and the 2nd time when he entered the transfer portal. Frost told him, nah we're good.

Just goes to show you how talented ol' Frost is in evaluating talent.
