Ok, but look who Grinch and Venables have worked with

Leach, Meyer, Day, Riley, Stoops, Dabo. High profile programs, dynamic offenses

Defensive minded guys, Both likely have names of high octane OC candidates

Venables has seen Clemson built from the near-ground up

Both have name recognition, I think the fanbase could get fired up for either of these at this point.
