Are there no decent P5 coordinators?

I know Sterk wants head coaching experience, but a bunch of barely .500 mid-major coaches makes no sense. Like promoting a .250 hitter from AAA and expecting him to hit .300 in the majors.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
