GAT posted an article from USA Today that as written right after he signed and mentioned that there were two unusual things about his contract:

1. Something to the effect that he could not be hard on his players and
2. He could in no way say anything bad about the players or the team ...

The signing occurred right after the racial crap and if he did either of the above he would be fired for cause.
