1. Positive - Top flight defensive coordinator. If he doesn't take over as a head coach at smaller program, look for him to land a defensive coordinator job at a big name school - Alabama, Texas, Oklahoma, etc.

2. Negative - Was not ready to be head coach of SEC program. While he was learning on the job, he progress was too slow.
