I agree he needs to go..but when he was hired we had a toxic mess of a program that most quality candidates would not touch..and it was very impt. to promote an insider who knew who the potential trouble makers were still on the roster......and we can thank Rhoades and GP for allowing that festering mess to get as bad as it did...hey BO did a a really good job steering us through that,,,. from what I have heard there were real concerns in '16 and '17 that certain players were in touch with protestors from '15 and that another team revolt could poss. be encouraged...they are all gone...BO can't up his game..time to move on.....hopefully he'll learn under a really good HC as DC and be successful in his next HC gig.
