fired *if* we have a suitable replacement lined up.

Firing Odom, only to hire another mediocre loser, would actually make matters worse.

The new AD should conduct a national search to find a qualified replacement for Odom (a coach we're willing to invest $4-5 mil/year in), but if none of the options are great then we should keep Odom for a 5th season, without a raise or extension.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
