it's a different world than I played in. My good buddy's son just got initiated into a mainstream fraternity...after about 6-8 weeks? of pledgeship. No "I-week", just like receiving a Good Attendance certificate at work.

Sterk needs to do SOMETHING to connect to either disaffected students or disaffected alumni. Right now, neither really cares...deer season is about to be a dynasty around here.
