Obviously this season isn’t going well and fans have every right to question what the heck is going on. And I realize TB isn’t the best cross section of fans, but the Mizzou fan base has always been caustic. As I said it wasn’t hard to find those who wanted GP fired, and I remember being amazed at how quickly we turned on Larry Smith after he brought us out of 13 straight losing seasons.
I think we have always had too high an opinion of ourselves and what we can be in football.
