1) Year 4 for both coaches
2) Multiple losses as double digit favorites
3) Highest expectations (at the time) of tenure
4) Mobile QB's being forced to win games throwing the ball and are unsuccessful doing it (many would say both QB's are being forced by both defenses and the scheme to not play to their strengths)
5) Good defenses breaking down during big moments, especially after being forced to be on the field for extended periods of time
6) What appears to be a lack of mental toughness/urgency vs. bad football teams (Troy, Nebraska, kU, KSU)
Sorry if this has been discussed, haven't had much time to be on the board this week.
2004 is when I started to lose faith in GP, that faith was obviously regained in 2006. I hope to see a similar path taken, but I would be a fool to predict it.
