coaches doesn’t guarantee that your team will be better and have more wins.The teams you mentioned, Tennessee and Nebraska are on the coaching carousel and the losses mount up because there is no coaching consistency.
Different coaches and staffs do different things.
The old adage of wait until the season is over before making judgements apples well here.

Right now is not the time to change coaches.
