I don't support the plan, and have not looked into all the details, except I have never seen the plan claim only the super rich will pay for all of the healthcare.

If I were to guess, the biggest part of the wealth tax is paying for those that "cannot afford" to pay.

The other claim is that overall healthcare costs will be reduced...which probably is actually true because government will force price controls on services and limit services
