Overall, I have concerns with Warren promising FREE things like college tuition. The goal should be affordability. THe universal healthcare will not work as she's selling and for the reasons raised in your post. Again, affordable healthcare should be the goal. Easier said than done, but I do believe a public option should be there to create competition with private health insurance companies.

The cost structure of even that though is an open question.
