Look at Alabama's schedule so far:

• @ South Carolina (road game; we played them at home)
• Ole Miss
• Duke
• Southern Miss
• New Mexico St.

So they've played (3) P5 opponents, and (2) FBS opponents.

We've played (2) P5 opponents (both weak), (1) FBS, and (1) FCS opponent.

Which looks stronger to you? Again, the computer rankings are meaningless at this point in the season.
