teams like SEMO and Troy in the same season.

In general, what works for most SEC schools will not necessarily work for MU.

Look at Colorado's schedule: https://www.espn.com/college-football/team/_/id/38/colorado-buffaloes

Their only non-P5 opponents are Colorado State (an annual in-state rival) and Air Force (a Mountain West team).

That's what we should strive for.
