have nothing to with an urgent concern as far as I know. Second there was first hand knowledge in the the complaint according to recent reports. Thirdly and most importantly the information is now public and cannot be ignored. The WB will furnish the names of the people his second hand information cane from and what they say will determine the findings. It’s not like the report can be thrown out-rules of evidence do not apply to a Congressional hearing/investigation
