In college sports, that would need to be something like $10k per player. Again, given the tradition of college sports and the fact that these are non-profit universities, I think it's appropriate to pool all the revenue (including royalties and endorsements) and evenly distribute it to all the NCAA student-athletes of the sport generating the revenue, within the same NCAA division (D-1A/FBS, D-1AA/FCS, D-II, D-III, etc.)
That's the fairest and most equitable approach. It would be in the spirit of Title IX as well.
