Ole Miss, West Virginia, Virginia Tech, North Carolina, Colorado, Washington, etc.

All of those programs are capable of becoming a top 15 program with the right coach.

Washington is probably already there with Chris Petersen.

West Virginia was close with Dana Holgorsen.

Arkansas had a good thing going with Bobby Petrino for awhile.

Virginia Tech with Frank Beamer.

Colorado won a national title in the 90's.

All it takes is a lucky hire with some loyalty to the program.

I think Odom still has a chance (albeit a small one) to be that kind of coach, but recruiting is my biggest concern.
