were a top 20 program IMO.

With the right coach, we have the potential to be a perennial top 15 program. Pinkel was close to that, but couldn't quite get over the hump of reaching BCS/NY6 bowls and winning league titles. He did reach 4 conference title games, which I give him ample credit for.
