Regulations are typically put in place for a reason or cause. Sometimes they outlive that reason or cause, most times not. Wholesale slashing of regulations without careful review is reckless if not dangerous. Don tells Coal to not worry so much out our clean air regs.

The next guy will now have to review all that SHT and set it right again. And yes, clean air and regs to enforce industry to not pollute it, a good thing.
