is a recipe for Kim Anderson. Many thought Kim was going to be Bo Ryan 2.0. There are only a few coaches in a generation who can win at a really high level without the stars behind them. Bo Ryan, Chris, Beard, and Mark Few come to mind.

But Few is usually helped by playing in a low-major conference where he can win a ton of games and get a high seed where his path to the 2nd weekend is much easier. And he does get some talent. Plus his Final Four team had 4 top 100 players in their top 5 scorers and those guys were all upperclassmen.
