1). Kids are being sold to help illegal immigrants claim parental status (which is now being verified via DNA swabs). Some come with their actual parents, but not all. There is a trafficking crisis as well on the border.

2). Many are seeking asylum with no legit case for such, and you (properly) addressed the issues with the courts themselves. There are other legal ways of getting into the United States, so why not follow those procedures?

Trump didn't create this crisis, and he isn't the one who started separating families. If a parent goes to jail, their children are not processed with them so why wouldn't the same apply on the border? Also, congress should correct the Flores Settlement.
