Consolidate a bunch of wealth at the top and then let it trickle (or ripple) downward to the masses.

The obvious difference, right away, is that the govt consolidates way, way more wealth than any one private person or company can and the govt. doesn't earn of any of its consolidated wealth in the first place.

You really have to dig your hand into the sand to support this.
