There are a higher percentage of All-Conference 5*, than 4* and a higher % of 4* over 3*. Not that a 3* or 2* kid can't become an NFL player, but if you are playing the law of averages, then you have a better chance of getting NFL caliber players if you have 4* and 5* kids.
