"The fentanyl and opioid epidemic has gotten out of control in Florida. That’s why 18 months ago, lawmakers made fentanyl a murder weapon just like a gun or a knife, joining cocaine, heroin and other dangerous narcotics."

Does Florida prosecute gun sellers when someone is killed by a gun or is this just poorly written?
