Especially the crappy team store and the unappetizing concession areas.

I'll add one game day experience that needs attention. Our band is puny. Start giving out more scholarships, get rid of the band leader or make it fun again. Something's wrong. It's fallen off so much it's nowhere near D1 standards. It's pitiful.
