that is not an example of a victim. No one has a right to food, shelter, etc.
Again, no one’s rights are infringed upon by drug use. And if you had read the Op, you would’ve seen this:
Does drug use and addiction affect those around the addict and those who have relationships with the addict/abuser? Yes, absolutely.
even if those decisions are harmful to him and emotionally affect people in his social or familial circle
That’s what you’re describing.
