Dru Smith is an upgrade as a facilitator, he had a 37% assist rate at Evansville. Geist’s best season was 21%. Dru rate will likely drop, but still be good.
We never saw the good versions of Mark and Watson play together. Mizzou was one of the best shooting teams in the country before Mark got hurt. I think Mizzou will be among the best again next season.
Tilmon will always be best as a secondary player. Too much of his production has had to come against a set defense, in post ups. With better shooting around him he will get some easier look to improve on his average of 10 ppg from last season.
The real question that will determine the ceiling is the 4. Can they get any real production from that position? Might be better to play small even if it makes the defense a little worse.
