He pled guilty to two charges of felony campaign finance violation. He made payments to Donald Trump's mistresses for Donald Trump who ordered those payments.

Trump hasn't been charged yet. He can't be while he's the sitting President.

He also committed obstruction of justice. You've seen the Mueller report right? Again, he can't be charged while sitting as President (and Barr wouldn't charge him anyway) but his behavior was criminal.
