unless by sheer coincidences. Early Gospels were written in the tradition of someone connected to the faith tradition such as one of the named apostles - in this case Matthew. Your line on Silver Rule line is highly debatable and IF were legit, the meaning is the same. Providing a negative to mean a positive ("don't do to others what you don't want done to you") is a real stretch for one as straight forward and concise as Confucius.
