being thrown out, but I agree that the FISA application was granted pursuant to an affidavit that was based on false and unverified information and also failed to include mitigating information. also, I know Comey testified to this but he never read the application and signed off on it anyway.

anything derived from the FISA warrant is fruit of the poisonous tree.
