intentioned the socialists are, and i don't think they are, what they are doing is not working.

Not for the bums, the druggies, the insane and certainly not for the decent people in the city. That means that it does not work for the city.

But they have to keep doing it. They define themselves based on their motives...their feelings. Not on the results.
