His salary is over double what any other assistant makes at $375k. Since that time he has brought 3 players to MU. All 3 have sat out without contributing a season each, one is currently a walkon. Combined they have scored 356 total points for MU.

He might be a qualified coach. But I don't know that I would say it is obvious.
