city. He's not part of the team any more for all intents and purposes. I don't know anything about the situation but I"m assuming the type of rehab and training you can get in Denver is a step above what you can get in Mid-Missouri. If you have millions of dollars at risk, it's probably a smart idea to get the best help you can get.
