I was pretty skeptical of the Barnes hire for UT.

I thought he would be average there but he has far exceeded my expectations. He's doing an amazing job of developing and identifying talent. Of his main contributors, only Jordan Bone was ranked in the top 150 according to Rivals and he was #146. He has them ranked #1 in the nation with a bunch of unranked 3-star players. That's just insane.
