I know that he has been criticized for under-performing in the tournament for the most part (perhaps deservedly so), but the guy flat-out knows how to coach, recruit, develop players, etc. UT will be good for a long time with him in charge.
I also agree about CM - he is a quality guy who will build a successful program at Mizzou. Not sure what his ceiling is as a coach, and I don't think we'll have a very good idea of that until his 4th year. He's never been at a P5 school long enough (for various reasons) for anyone to really see what he can do.
