Trump wants date of 1/29. He could show up, but if Nancy Pelosi does not call the House in to session, there would be no one in the chamber accept for the Senate, the Supremes and guests.

My oh My. What will happen - ya gotta wonder. Trump spits on protocol. Pelosi lives by it.

This one will be interesting. LOOKS like Trump is stamping his feet again. And we as a people don't cotton much to that, I imagine.

He is bound by the Constitution to give the SOTU, but not bound to give it in January.
