First, are you suggesting that ALL steel tariffs are paying for the wall, or only Mexico's share of it?

2nd, we import steel from 85 countries globally. We imported $15.4B in steel as of September 2018. Rough math puts that at a total of $20.53B in total steel imports for 2018 (Ill do the math for Shoe's $29B for 2017, too). ~11% of that came from Mexico, putting our two figures at $2.26B and $3.19B in TOTAL STEEL IMPORTS FROM MEXICO.
25% of those figures are $565M and $797M, respectively in tariffs collected on Mexican steel.
