Non stop flow of revenue from student loans, federal and state grants and the portion of tuition and fees paid direct from the student.
And if they fail to educate students, well, they’ve gotten their money and the failed student is left holding the financial bag.
Students who have no business being in college due to grades, aptitude or any other limiting factor are really just a conduit for legal money laundering.
