got more help getting scholarships because of their race but the idea that they would be allowed to remain on campus while failing classes and not keeping a satisfactory GPA is just fiction. If you have a scholarship, you have to met the grade requirements or you lose the scholarship and be kicked out of school. Your race doesn't matter if you are failing a class.
